Ladder Rush Race is a one-touch racing puzzle. Your runner moves along the track by itself while you collect colored pieces and decide when to spend them building a ladder. A well-placed ladder can create a shortcut over an obstacle, but the supply is limited, so you cannot build everywhere.
That decision is the whole game: spend now for a quick lead, or save pieces for a bigger climb later. You also have to avoid traps, grab speed boosts and keep an eye on a rival who is racing in parallel. With 30 levels of different tracks and climbs, the challenge shifts enough to hold interest. Hold the mouse or your finger to build and release to stop, which makes it very easy to start.
A typical race is decided by two or three choices, such as where to spend your collected pieces. Players who build every ladder run out of supply and fall behind, so learning which climbs are worth bridging is the real skill. With 30 levels, there is enough variety to reward replaying early tracks with better judgment.
