Dog Runaway starts with a funny premise: you slipped the leash, your owner is running after you and you must not stop. It is a 3D arcade chase through six worlds, including the Park, Downtown, the Forest, the Zombie Zone and Junk Food Heaven, each with its own rules.
On desktop you run with the arrow keys or WASD, click to run to a spot, and press Space for actions such as marking a flower. The variety of worlds keeps the chase fresh, and the silly tone suits short sessions.
Running steadily and using the action key to cause mischief gives points. Each world has its own rules, so adapting is part of the fun.
